Shanghai Stock Exchange Raising Triggered Asian Stock Exchange Growth

Asian stock markets rose in trading today the Chinese stock exchange triggered by soaring from its lowest point in the last year. Improvement in corporate earnings expectations in the second quarter of this year encouraged the strengthening of regional exchanges.

Stock exchanges in Shanghai, China, had dropped to a level of 2356.55, which is the lowest level since April last year, before closing at 2409.42 positions, or 1.9 percent higher.

Thousands Protest on China-Taiwan Trade Agreement

The protesters in Taipei said the trade agreement would undermine Taiwan’s economy.
Thousands of people took to the streets of Taiwan’s capital Saturday to protest the planned trade agreement with China.

The demonstration in Taipei was organized by Progressive Democrats of the pro-independence, which says that trade agreements would undermine self-government and economy of the island.

The demonstration was conducted at Taiwan envoy Chiang Pin-kung will travel to China for economic cooperation agreement was signed Tuesday.
